Enrollment Terms
Your seat. Your seat is confirmed when payment is received. The Fall '26 cohort is capped at 33 seats and filled in the order registrations come in. Recordings and access. Every session is recorded and posted for reference. Recordings are available only to enrolled members of this cohort and are not to be shared, downloaded, or distributed outside the program. Participation. This program works because people show up. Please attend live whenever you can, keep your camera on, and put your real first and last name on screen so everyone knows who they are working with. Recordings are there to help you review or catch up, not to replace being in the room.
Confidentiality. What is said in the room stays in the room. You will hear real situations from other owners and managers, so please keep names and details private and expect the same courtesy in return. Please do not record, screenshot, or repost session content. Assessments. Two assessments are included and must be completed before October 12: your TTI Success Insights DiSC profile and a listening assessment. You will then review your results one-on-one with Shawn before the program begins, and those results are referred back to throughout the ten sessions. Refunds. Full refund through October 5, 2026. Once the program begins on October 12, fees are non-refundable, but your seat can be transferred to someone else in your organization any time before Lesson 5. Payment plans. The two-payment option is charged automatically to the card on file on the schedule shown at checkout. A failed payment pauses program access until it is resolved. Your information. We collect your name, company, email, and phone number to enroll you, deliver the program, and stay in touch about this cohort. We do not sell your information.
