Step 1 – We have 60-minute live training modules held one per week for 20 weeks. Tuition includes up to 3 seats per shop (owners, managers and key members of the leadership team are welcome and encouraged to attend).
Step 2 – Each module has a homework assignment that will be completed between sessions. Each homework assignment is strategically designed to help you internalize skills and implement the training into your daily business activity, so you get results as you go through the program.
