Magical Solutions, LLC is the parent company behind every program and room we run. It started because one shop owner got tired of being the bottleneck in his own business and went looking for a better way to lead.
Meet the founder
Shawn Gilfillan
Shawn Gilfillan is the owner of Automotive Magic in Kenvil, New Jersey and Magic Lube & Rubber in Lake Hopatcong, and the founder of Magical Solutions. He began his career getting his hands dirty, learning the inner workings of cars and what it takes to fix the vehicles that carry his friends and family.
Shawn was born and raised in Roxbury and still lives there today, in a community he holds close to his heart. His passion goes well beyond his businesses. He is committed to helping others, to personal and professional development, to continuing his own education, and to his family. He is a proud father of three girls and a loving husband to his wife, Victoria.
Everything inside Magical Solutions comes out of that experience: running real businesses, leading real people, and learning the hard way that technical skill and leadership skill are two different things.
